We need to look after each other, Staff, Customers, Suppliers, Everybody.

We are taking extra precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and still provide the best customer service possible.

Please do not be offended if we do not shake hands and seem distant, about 1.5m in fact when meeting you.

Sorry too, If you have travelled from overseas in the last 2 to 3 weeks we would rather you looked after yourself in your own space for 2 weeks. After that we will be happy to see you.
We are stepping up our hygiene and cleaning at branches to make sure there are no bugs and stop the spread.

We encourage you to pre-order via phone or email and also take advantage of the new introduced delivery ideas which you can chat to your local branch about.

Our manufacturing facilities in Thailand, China and Australia remain operational along with our distribution warehouses and our Gas2Go refrigerant decanting facility.

We continually review our Inventory and Vendor shipment plans, and do not foresee and significant disruption. If there is any change to this we will advise you accordingly.

All stay safe, healthy and be kind to one another with toilet paper sharing.
